audio rebalancing required

Audio needs rebalancing. Female voices are louder than the male make it hard to make out with the mail is saying, sometimes without turning up the volume, and then turn it down the female.

Lots of twists and turns

Although the MC is definitely OP it still takes a lot of interest and has a dynamic storyline truly enjoyed this week

The readers are just bad.

I enjoyed the story but I couldn't finish it. the female voice just annoys the crap out of me and the gentleman reading it - I just can't. I really tried.

Decent

Overall, the story was pretty good until the last couple of hours, and that is where it made me second-guess the story. I believe in choice, and in the end, it kinda makes the



(Spoilers) Good is more evil than the other side; to attack a friend cause of some random increase takes away the freedom of choice, and to let others who have lived in this land be good but treat others with their noses turned up makes the whole book feel off-balanced. I get the gods meddling but to the point where they change the soul of a good person to the point they kill without thought is the diffention of evil.
Overall, I enjoyed the book, but I have difficulty with the author's choice of what the gods do and don't do.

The narration was good, the Story was not bad, and the cover art was good. I may listen to the second book; I just got too invested in the story.

I REALLY tried to like this.

The beginning is okay, the middle is mid, and the ending was confusing.

There were many parts that I really enjoyed. Those parts were just thrown in between the parts that made me consider not finishing the story. The story advanced too fast in my opinion; so much so that the event at the end truly came out of no where. There was too much repetition on certain plot points and skill names that were sadly unimaginative.

This book and the audio recording both needed way more editing and time than it received. Both readers have good and interesting voices, but whoever edited the males portion did a half job. The audio levels are all over the place and there are pauses that should have been edited out. There seemed to be little direction for the male VA. I found myself hoping the female VA would narrate the rest of the book, not because I thought he was bad, just the editing and selection of what takes to use was very jarring and distracting.

Overall I am not upset that I listened to this audio book. I am upset that I wasted a credit on it. If it were free or even $2 I would have been able to overlook many of its glaring flaws. Unfortunately for me, though, I essentially paid full price for regret.

I will continue to listen to this author, and I hope to hear the VAs again at some point; I will however be doing a heavier screening of the titles before I purchase them in the future.

the narration is terrible

imagine someone who has never spoken or read aloud. Random pauses mid sentence, complete lack of flow and story telling, and random changes in voice volume or accent when it's the same speaker. It feels like an AI narrator.

Nice Isekai!

Good blend between "overpowered" and "I might lose". Many Isekai are either so OP it feels impossible to lose, but I atleast sense the struggles. Really enjoyed it! Can't wait for the sequel!

The plot twist in the end was everything and I didn't see it coming. The characters were fun and interesting
