Strong new series

I really enjoyed the Dreamer’s Throne. The magic system is unique and our mc is both likeable and mingles well with his new friends. The last couple hours were fun to binge on a chill evening, listening to great action and clues to help me get excited about what we’ll see in book 2. Michael Kramer and Seth Ring are a great combo, especially for the no nonsense tone Kramer can evoke, I just love it.

Rich world and character. More sophisticated and captivating than Battle Mage - although that is good read too!

Another great series

Can’t wait for the second book. I would highly recommend this book and anything else by Seth Ring. Great story amazing characters. The voice acting is awesome.

Finally something new!

Having listened to a large amount of LitRPG, i was very curious about this one. The description certainly doesn't match with what i've come to expect from the genre and im glad i took the chance. I think the author really knocked it out of the park by creating something new and novel here. The character isn't this superhero in all but name by swinging around swords and throwing spells all while not knowing anything about the world they inhabit. Instead they are in a bad situation from the get go and have to get to grips with it and exploit it to their advantage with their intelligence and abilities.

For anyone who wants a LitRPG with less of a sword swinging, spell flinging feel and more of a puppet master pulling strings i very highly recommend the book. The horror aspects are, for me just the cherry on top.
