The story is fun, the characters have personalities. I never liked taking animals but it works in this series.

My favorite series!

This has quickly become one of my favorite series! The sass of Selene combined with the banter between witch and familiar and among family is so authentic you feel at home inside these books. I genuinely look forward and wait on each release. Amazon really needs to buy the rights to these books!

Fun books

The stories are fun & most of the characters are great! However, as I’ve listened to the whole series, I’ve decided that I don’t like Cora at all. She’s a pushover, passive aggressive and dismissive of other people in her life. Her great boyfriend, fiancé, husband will always come last. She feels guilt about almost everything but does nothing to change. Pretty sure if Amanda Ronconi weren’t the narrator, Cora would be the worst heroine ever.

Super fun series!

I loved Seline’s antics and Clint & Cora’s love story. I look forward to more adventures!

The cat.

Love the cat and the story. The main cat reminds me of myself at time's Yes I tend to be as snarky at time's. Can't wait until I can get book 9.

I love this series!

I absolutely adore Celine and her sassy attitude, because that is how I imagine my cat to be, lol. She is forever, finding ways to get herself and Cora into trouble yet they always manage to find a way out and solve the latest mystery.

Enchanting

Selene is up to her old tricks, trying to run the whole show! She’s at her best in this one! As always Amanda Ronconi is a joy to listen to. Looking forward to the next installment.

talking cats

I love the talking cats and I love the storytelling and the narrator is absolutely delightful to listen to.

Another great addition

Danielle Garrett has done it again with this latest addition to the Nine Lives Magic Mystery series. Cora and Selene continue to banter as always and I enjoy this immensely.
Amanda Ronconi, as always, gave a stellar performance as she breathed life into the storyline and gave each character their own distinct voice. Amanda Ronconi is one of my favorite narrators and performances like this one show why this is true.
I’m looking forward to the next installment. I highly recommend this book/audiobook to fans of paranormal mysteries.

Feel good

I call this series my feel good series. Selene by far is my favorite character and Checkers. I like to imagine that if either of my felines could talk one of them would sound like Selene and the other would be a female Checkers. I’ve enjoyed this series since the beginning and look forward to the next one.
