AMAZING!

I tried both parts 1 and 2 of this series, and I'm addicted. Excellent simple meditations for all of your moods. Highly recommended!

Jeremy is one of the best!

Not every single meditation in the audio was for me, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (because Jeremy, the narrator, had this way opening my mind and trusting him), and most of them surprised me with the effect that it had. I was excited to learn different types of meditation, as I had only really done one or two of the different types previously. I also gave this 5 stars not just for the diversity of meditations that I learned, but because I love Jeremy‘s voice. It had a way of relaxing me and pulling me into the meditation. I felt like he was my friend after finishing this audio :)

Love Jeremy Faulk. First guided meditations I’ve found that I want to use over and over

Jeremy Faulk has such a soothing deep voice. His meditations often involve moving or bouncing or rubbing your body and breathing in the sensations and affirmations. Such a lovely start to the day to connect with your body and intentions.

Great for the Most Part

There was a couple of meditations that I didn't like, but for the most part it was pretty amazing. There are even some meditation for specific things I like moving into a new space or if you're about to have a procedure
