VERY HELPFUL

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook, and learning more about mediation itself, what it is and why we need it.

If you're looking for a new approach to relaxation and de-stressing, this definitely fits the bill.

I found it to be well written and well narrated, and I definitely feel more relaxed, which is a GREAT thing.

Great Place to Start

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This had a lot of good information on meditating and being mindful and zen. I thought it was a great beginners guide with just the right amount of information without it being overwhelming. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the narrator, she was just ok. I would definitely recommend this book as a great opportunity to start.

Helpful guide

I’ve studied Buddhism before and can say that I really understand it’s cracks and seals. This audiobook does it justice and presents the knowledge behind the truth that is Buddhism.
