I enjoyed this. For a beginner, it would be full of great information. For me, there wasn't really any new information but things that are worth hearing again. I love listening to things like this to reset my mind and clear all the clutter from the day. This one was enjoyable. I can't say I was crazy about the meditation part, only because the narrators pace slowed and was strange. However, it takes all kinds and he did a great job for the rest of the book. Very engaging.

An Amazing Listen
The 5 Minute Meditation Paradise was one of the best audiobooks on meditation I've listened to. It goes over absolutely everything. A few things I really enjoyed were the chakra explanation and meanings, the binaural music which I listen to often and the meditation.
There were a few books mentioned that I have listened to as well as the Insight Timer app that I've used for about well maybe 6-ish years. Anyone who is looking for a super helpful and extremely good audiobook on everything meditation, this is it. This book.
An overall excellent audiobook by Stephens Hyang that I would highly recommend.
Robert Gazy does a terrific job narrating as well.
