What I love about this book
What I love about this book is just that it gives a strong motivation to everyone to refocus on themselves. To free themselves from anxiety, depression and impertinent thoughts. Listening this helped me to release the emotions I've kept inside me for a long time now. I am very thankful that I got to listen this book. So we have to use it wisely, to make us a better version of ourselves. Get a Narrator that can speak Proper English!
This book was horrible from the beginning. The narrator cannot pronounce simple words properly. During the entire book, I was so distracted by the improper pronunciation that the message was completely lost. His rhythm is herkie-jerky and he has no presence to get the message across. I can usually look past such trivial things but this is the worst narration I have ever heard! Secondly, this is supposed to be a book on mental toughness and winning at life. But the Author chooses (as one of his main characters) to quote a person who is known to have been one of the most successful cheaters in the history of sports! And the narrator can't even pronounce his name correctly to boot!!! I was only able to make it about 20% through the book due to this, which I am very sorry to admit. I just simply could not take it anymore. Unless you are a diehard Patriots fan or someone from the Appalachian, DO NOT BUY THIS AUDIO BOOK. It is a waste of time and money.

I am very happy with this book!
I learned strategies that can be applied in any situation irrespective of your age. Get to understand the importance of using mental exercises to build this aspect of my life. I am very happy with this book!

A nice bundle of three excellent books to develop the skills of minds and emotions and build a strong mind. Well, explanation with step-by-step instructions of practical skills will definitely help the listen to understand it properly. I have enjoyed it.

This will truly assist me with my work. I'm passing this one on to my child in school too. I listen exceptionally suggest this book! It's increasingly similar to a simple online article what you can re-read each week when you have some regular shows/stress.

Nice book
I really liked this book. It was a quick listen but worth the time and money. I was able to put some steps in place right away (and am working on the rest). Great book for anyone looking to increase their mental toughness in any arena.

This is by far the best book I've listened to listen self motivation...and I've listened to plenty already. It's so good I'm going to listen to it at least once a month... Just to make sure I'm still on the program.

I have thoroughly enjoyed listen this book! The beginning was a little slow to interest me but further in it gave very valuable and interesting advice on improving one's self. I will definitely read this again and highlight paragraphs that interest me and give great insight

Recommended listen
This is a good, easy book to listen if you have a mental illness or know someone who suffers from mental illness. Mental health issues are a tricky business, I found there to be a good amount of information in this book to help you overcome any mental disorder that you're unlucky to suffer from. Recommended listen
