OMG! What an ending!

Michael and Karma’s life is complicated to say the least. As husband and wife, they’re still adversaries, but their bond is getting stronger. As Michael navigates between being a Mafia Capo and husband, Roxy is falling for her captor.

I’m so in love with Michael, and seriously crushing on his brothers. There are lots of twists on this roller coaster ride. It does end in a cliffhanger, and I’m tempted to start reading Mafia War because the audiobook hasn’t released yet. But, Jason Clarke and Roxy Isles continue to slay w/their narration as Michael and Karma, I may decide to wait.

What?

Ok. I sat thru the first book not impressed but for the voice of one Jason Clarke, grrr. But the second book is just more of the same. An immature captive, I love him I hate him, I'm running away and on and on and on. save your credit. There is no originality in these stories. Plus, The female character sounds like a little girl.. which makes it creepy.

Oh My!!! What a ending. I need to get my hands on Mafia War and listen asap. Karma and Michael's enemies-to-lovers dark mafia romance continues in Mafia Queen and brings more explosive climax. Dripping with mystery and betrayal seeping through the pages. Opulence of action and unexpected twists. Highly entertaining supportive characters. I love Karma's feisty personality and Michael's domineering ways. I loved it from beginning to end. Bring on Mafia War. Cannot wait to listen to Mafia War.

Jason Clarke, Roxy Isles dual narration was purely perfection. I love Jason Clarke's deep baritone which was perfect portrayal of Michael Sorvano. Roxy Isles did Karma justice with her spirited tone. Excellent performance by both narrators.

Love this series and listening enhanced the experience.

Really mad!

After buying the first 2 books and the prequel the biggest cliffhanger that ends book 2 is so Hugh you just have to buy the next book! wait, much to my surprise, it is not available! How the he'll do I find out what happened. I don't know whom I am more mad at. The author or Audible, the author for needing so many books to finish the series to make more profits or Audible!!!!

Oh my….this book is everything I needed. I sassy leading lady that wants freedom yet craves her man. I’m hooked in these characters. A gripping ending. Great performance.

This story between Karma and Mika is just getting better and better. Lots going on and a few surprises along the way!!! There are unfortunately some mistakes within the book, but they are easy enough to ignore, so you can focus on what's happening. I'm ready to rip into Mafia War and follow on from that cliff hanger from this book!! So well placed and thank goodness that I came upon these books after they'd all been released, as I think I'd have cried if I had to wait a few months to find out what happened. Mind you I've got an inkling on what why and who....Now I'll read the book and see if I am right lol. As for recommending.....that would be a big fat absolutely!!!!

Now the good news!!! Whereas Mafia King has all those issues with the narration being different to the book, this audio does not!! It seems that they gave them the correct script to read from!!

Again Jason and Roxy did an amazing job of bringing all of the characters alive and gave them the right amount of personalities, for said characters, to rise and take flight, to bring the book from good to amazing!!

Jason and Roxy are the right two, to read this script, forcing life, sass, submission and domination between Michael and Karma!! I really do believe that if it had been anyone else to read for these books, then they wouldn't have been anywhere near encapsulating the right personalities for any of the characters!!

So buy both the book and audio and read/listen to your hearts delight, I promise it will be worth it!!
