Publisher's Summary

Having apparently wounded all of her enemies, and even her beloved Q, Red finds herself away from Detroit living the life of luxury in Arizona. She's become a successful home broker with a best-selling book, and it seems as if all of her dirty tricks have finally paid off - from framing Detective Thomas to ruining Kera's freedom.

Unfortunately for Red, she's made more enemies than she can count, and she soon finds herself running across the country in fear of them all while still being in love with Q. Everyone seems to have a reason to take the ultimate revenge on her, and even the most unlikely become partners if it means finally bringing an end to all of Red's dirty schemes.

In yet another fast-paced and spiraling edition in this best-selling series, Vickie Stringer writes about a woman who will do anything to save her life and the people who go very low attempting to stop her.

Disappointed

I was pretty disappointed in this book. The story line was very weak. I enjoyed the other books in this series unfortunately this one missed the mark. The story line was very basic

Must be a ghostwriter who wrote this book

So many contradictions and too many individual stories. This was not a good ending to the previous books. Highly disappointed. Red and Q went to Cozumel Mexico in the last book when running from Bacon so how is it Q’s first time with his wife??? Or Red’s??? Makes no sense at all. No man after being shot and robbed and played will go that hard for a female-too far of a stretch. It was too unbelievable. And a kilo never costs that much.

still crazy

Let me start out saying that this was another good book by this author. These folks just need to leave Red alone and let her live her life. Q really don't love Chazz so I don't know why he even with her. Glad catfish got what he deserves with his snake butt. Can't wait to see what happens next

The best

I really enjoyed this entire series it held my attention from book 1 all the way through this book. I am sad that book 5 is not on Audible because I need closure. I like how this book ends too. The pace of this book was fast but it left very little room for boredom. The narrator did a really good job with this one too.

👎🏽👎🏽

The 1st 3 books was interesting and nail biting BUT the last book gave me a headache, there was just absolutely TOO much going on in this book. What happen with Bacon? How many years did he serve? Why did Q and Chas break up? What happened with the baby Chas was carrying with Q? Did Terri every get her kids back? What happened with Banks? Soo many questions and storylines unanswered. I felt like the author lost focused and was trying to put do the previous books till she over did it in this one! This book gave me a headache and all around boring.

Should've Ended with Book 3

This book was unnecessary. VIckie should have ended the series with book 3. The recap of book 3 wasn't as long as it was in book 2, but the storyline was just too all over the place. And the ending was complete and utter foolishness. I am kinda glad that book 5 hasn't made its way to Audiobooks, because now I can move on without feeling obligated to find out how the series ends.

New Fan of VMS

After listening to book one I couldn’t stop; I found myself binge-listening. I listened to the entire series on the edge of my seat! Redd, loved her and was glad she got somewhat of a happy ending! I was not happy with the way the book ended. It was rushed and unbelievable, well it left me with questions. Like where did Q come from, y was he stepping out of the alley??? If it wasn’t for the ending I would have given the story 5 stars. I also must say the narrator, iiKane, was on point! I’m hoping there will be more to come; until then I plan to listen to more of Vickie M. Stringer!

ok

I really liked this book and would recommend this book. I wish this author didn't use God's name in vain. You don't have to use " GD " to have a great book. I would have given it 5 stars if not for that. I wish this book was a movie or TV show. I didn't like how it ended. There has to be another book to continue the storyline.
