I first heard about intermittent fasting a while ago so I decided to pick this up. The author goes over a number of topics such as the types of fasts, the scientific benefits, tips, FAQs, meals, etc. Peanut butter energy cookies I have tried; other Lots of delicious recipes are also provided specially the dinner recipes to make it easy to get started.

Easy To Digest

Wonderful

Excellent deal. I started the intermittent fasting diet several weeks ago. Although the hunger was initially difficult, my body adapted and it became easier. I started to eat less and now I can eat 2 meals a day without starving. I can now fast for 16 hours and hope to increase it to 20 hours. Highly recommend.
