Secrets, secrets, secrets...

Part 2 picks up a few months after part 1 ended. Its interesting to see how the story and the relationship progresses. Part 2 definitely reveals a few secrets that have not been shared between the two and I look forward to seeing what happens in part 3!

The narration was great as always with Chris Abell.

And the story continues... In this installment, Cade and Andie reunite on Cade's turf. Cade is set on winning Andie back and Andie is scared to put herself out there again. This is a sweet romance that is always being tested. I love the characters, i just want them to pull it together.

Narration is pleasant- no complaints.

Andie and Cade story continues...

The book continues where the first book left off. This story takes place in Hollywood. If you have not read book one go ahead and read it first because everything will make more sense.

Narration was excellent and brought the story to life.

There are some ups and downs and when things seem to be finally lining up for Andie and Cade the author throws us another bomb!!! So the conclusion is in a similar fashion as last time! Big cliffhanger to leave us wanting to see what will happen next. This time it has to do with Andie!

Mixing two worlds

This story is about Andie trying to fit into Cade's life. She makes blunder after blunder, but she doesn't know the truth about her Hollywood historian research position. Cade tries to keep track of his baby mom, while trying to make his relationship with Andie work. This story ends with Cliffhanger 2. The story is still charming as these two clash and come together.

More complications!

As I mentioned in the review of Part 1, I am not a fan of cliffhangers, but the story is engaging, and too tempting not to give it a try.
Unbeknown to Andi, she gets a Hollywood offer as the expert of King David in a new movie being made, thanks to Cade.
She finally takes the job to help with the expenses of her father’s illness and is staying with Cade.
But between misunderstands, the pregnancy of one of Cade’s flings, and then the surprise encounter with an ex , and more people moving in with him, there isn’t a dull moment in this story. I have to confess that Andi is starting to get on my nerves and poor Cade is very overwhelmed,
What will happen next ?
As to the audio book narrator, Chris Abell is doing a very good job.

This audio picks up where book 1 leaves off . This one will wring your heart two ways to tomorrow . It will take your heart and twist it up and down and right side up. This audio has lots of layers.

Hero is Cade. Heroine is Andie.

Cade hurt Andie soul deep. He played with her. Cade had a disguise that tore Andie heart out.

Cade needs to redeem himself to Andie but he doesn’t know how. He is a player both on the field and of the opposite $ex .
Andie doesn’t want to take a chance

Cade goes back home to California. Back to his family. His character and outlook on life needs a complete makeover. Cade needs to find a way for Andie to believe in him

Andie has taken a chance and it tore her heart right out of her soul. To try to forget Cade , Andie has to go to California for work to help her parents out money wise. Andie work involves her being a consultant for a movie
Will they see each other again . Has Cade changed his ways . Grab it and see

Chris as a narrator was great . The voice was clear and all the characters were right on

A great read!

Oh wow...another amazing read! The surprises left me reeling and so excited for more. Wow!

I really enjoyed these characters and their story. Absolutely amazing!

The narration was fantastic. Loved it!

Next installment

Great book, Cade shows more and more compassion and depth. Andie gets a little out of her comfort zone. Again a little disappointed that the story stretches out 6 books.

Great Read

Intercepted by Love: Part Two by Rachelle Ayala is the second book in The Quarterback's Heart series. I loved reading this continuation of Cade and Andi's story. Andi was devastated when she found out that Cade got another woman pregnant. Andi decides to take a Hollywood consulting job to help her parents, but she hoped to not see Cade again. I cant wait to read more by Rachelle Ayala.

A Great Addition to this Series

This is the second book in the The Quarterback's Heart Series, this continues Andie and Cade's story 5 months after books one.

This is an emotional listen, it had me laughing, crying and wanting to shake/slap characters (especially Andie) at times.

Chris Abell continues to do a great job narrating this series.

I can't wait to find out what happens next.

And the plot thickens....

First of all, this is part two of the story. If you haven't read/heard part one, it is best to do that first.

That said, this story is 5 months on from where the last story ended. Kade and Andy have a lot of issues to work through. This is definitely the middle section, or at least part of the middle section, of the story because it is a little slow moving. But it certainly not boring. Small town East coast Andy moves to LA thanks to a little meddling on Kade's part. What a challenge that is for Andy! And for Kade too, who finds himself facing fatherhood and adjusting to changes in his life choices. Lots of drama with the potential for more in the next installation of the story. I cannot wait!!

Cade has won my heart!

Sports romances are always a fun read and this serial story definitely has kept me intrigued. Meet Cade Prescott, quarterback who just screwed up his chance at winning the Superbowl. He goes in to hiding, and meets Andie Wale, librarian, who knows nothing of football, and the adventure begins. I am really enjoying their interaction, the history of their lives and meeting Andie's parents. Rachelle Ayala does a very good job of introducing Andie's dad to us, recovering from a stroke and the difficulties he is facing. When you have real life situations that occur in the storyline, it definitely makes it much more interesting to me. While the relationship of Cade and Andie progresses, the real stars of the story come out..the dogs. Red and Gollie are so cute and fun! Their relationship will bring a smile to your face each time they get together. Just be aware, this is a story in parts, so the first does end on a cliffhanger, so make sure you have book 2 ready to go!

Narrated by Chris Abell, he performs this story so well, you get lost for the hours that he is reading. I love the way he can bring the story to life with his voices, easily discerning each character and making you able to picture each as they speak. Wonderful start to this series!
