1 chapter of messages, 5 of confusion
Chapter 1 is motivational slogans.
Chapter 2 is sub-par acoustic guitar.
Chapter 3 is white noise.
Chapter 4 is rain.
Chapters 5 and 6 are mixes of decent trance beats/music with and without better acoustic guitar. Singing in unknown foreign language at very end in the style of presumed Middle Eastern origin.
Does it actually improve your chess? If you believe it can I doubt it's harmful. Personally I feel slightly improved after a month of listening.
