Great listen

Honestly, I wasn’t sold that what the world needed was another leadership self helpish type of book. I was wrong. Rupp combines tried and true research based leadership and organizational science with incredibly relevant of-the-moment impact of the pandemic and great resignation while weaving in both individual psychology and organizational psychology throughout. He peppers in supremely entertaining, and instructive, personal stories which ups the entertainment value big time. Highly recommend to established and emerging leaders and those leaders they are (or should be) cultivating.

Side note: this will be particularly fun to listen to for anyone who’s had the pleasure to cross paths with Rupp or remembers him as a great orator from his days in the Missouri General Assembly.
