Excellent approach!

This is an excellent book on getting back to the basics of healthier living. Dr. Chatterjee makes it seem very achievable and realistic. I am a registered nurse and diabetes educator, I found this very inspiring for myself and for my practice. It puts what healthcare should be back into perspective.

Life changing!

Fantastic, actionable, completely achievable! I have changed aspects of my own life after listening to this book and already feel better. I’m a physician and have started to help patients implement some of these strategies in their own lives and have recommended this book and Dr. Chatterjee’s podcast wholeheartedly. This is the direction that medical care should focus on to help improve patient’s lives and prevent disease.

This was such an encouraging and fascinating book! So many practical ways to improve our health and take charge of our health. A Must Read in the Health category

Dr. Chatterjee hit this out of the park. Very brief for the amount information packed in this book. Great actionable advice. I have read and listened to dozens of health books and Dr. Chatterjee still gave some new insights. This is a terrific book
