informative

I found this book to be very informative. I struggle getting sleep. I am going to try to reduce my intake of blue light. I have already introduced intermittent fasting.

Life changing information

Since starting this book I have been incorporating these strategies into my life with great success, including weight loss. Also extremely helpful these past two weeks as I traveled to Africa for ten days and changed six time zones. People were amazed at how well this 50 year adapted to the new time both ways. Recovery time was almost none and I am extremely grateful to Dr Panda for his awesome research and for sharing it with the world.

Great material - not so great narrator

The content of this book is informative and quite interesting but the narrator's voice was absolutely awful along with his method of articulating and emphasizing the book's material.
