Fortune, Ida Belle, and Gertie. And Carter LeBlanc
Humorous situations ,lots of plot twists, suspense, good police work, vivid and well developed characters, great narration; this series has all this and more. Unfortunately Book 10 is the last novel in the series. Well, actually, Book 11 titled Change of Fortune was published in Kindle and paperback formats one month ago. I hope it is available in audio soon. I love this series! Note: the novels should be listened to in order.

I love this series!!
This was another excellent adventure with Fortune, Ida Belle and Gertie! They just get better and better!! I can't wait to get more!!

What a duo! Spectacular!
If you want to laugh and connect with a story line, this is it! Jana DeLeon is a spectacular story teller - I started with book one and laughed all the way to this last book... I am excited for the next book to hit audible and pray this series NEVER ends! She has Louisiana life nailed and it is hilarious. The narrator, Cassandra Campbell, is one of my favorites. As I know we all have our favorites, I encourage you to give this series a go. I can truly envision the characters based on Campbell's voices, which truly fit the crazy, insane situations the characters get in. Again, give this series a go! I think these 2 are a power duo!

not my favorite in this series
still love this series but not a fan of how fortune is becoming arrogant about her "hobbie" and blaming Carter for his job. still a good read just not my favorite and there isn't the humor in this one like in the others. Narrator does a great job with the characters. Will for sure read the next one.

I always look forward to the next installment...
I always look forward to the next installment in the Miss Fortune series. Jana DeLeon always has interesting stories packed full with humor. If you enjoy cozy mysteries then this series is right up your alley. I highly recommend this book and series

Another cookie cutter Fourtune book
Same ol same ol. I will say i found this particular installment more enjoyable than most though. It had more new elements than most the others in the series.

Love This Series
Jana DeLeon is the author of this mad-cap adventure series and is adept at weaving the hilarious characters into the plot of each novel. You feel like you know each character personally. I've laughed out loud with every novel and can't wait for the next one!
