Disappointed

I’m a big Jana DeLeon fan… big. But this book cheesy and predictable… it was hard to get through it. I made it through but no way I’m downloading the next 2.

I little sappy for me…

I like this author’s other series but I think I’ll pass on this one after this book. A little too much romance snappiness for my taste. Can’t imagine any SEAL acting or saying some of this. The voice the performer used for Luke drove me crazy. I almost stopped listening. If you want a romance, I guess you’ll like this. Not for me.

Dynamic characters. Great plot.

This is a great beginning (Book 1), to what I expect to be a phenomenal storyline. Jana Deleon does not disappoint… ever.

I didn't feel the voices matched the characters very well. they seemed to stuff and monotoned

Missing the fantastic humor!

The story was very good, however I’m so used to the humor in the Mudbug and Fortune series that I was hoping this book would have some. I’ve read all of Jana’s books over and over and love them!
