Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to try a new diet that will revolutionize how you feel, look, and how you carry yourself. Truly eye opening.
Any additional comments?
There's a ton of information here jampacked with solutions to losing a ton of weight while also eating the foods you like. You wound't believe the amount of foods that has alkaline and tapping into this nutrient can truly help you lose weight.
