I like keto diet. Recipes in this book are interesting and easy. Consist breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks recipes. I'm enjoying. I even have tried several diets however ne'er with the results that I received from following the Ketogenic Diet and recipes that i attempted from this book. It explained how the whole process works as well. I feel great to have gone through this book.

Lacking in areas
It was short and simple but there were areas that I feel would have been better understood with more detail and clarity. Especially about fasting. Is that a daily thing we should do? Weekly? He just said in times of fasting,not very clear. It was good, but not great for introductory keto.

Good Guide !!!
I have been slowly and surely losing weight on the ketogenic diet for a few months now and love the kind of meals i am able to eat daily. I even have tried several diets however ne'er with the results that I received from following the Ketogenic Diet and recipes This book is a great compliment to the diet and i found it very helpful- containing many tips and pieces of advice to help you along. I have already tried including Paleo mayonnaise and Tuna burgers!!!

Yes, since it has a ton of recipes, I would listen to them again. Also having the book in front of me might help as well.

The best part was there's more than 100 recipes included within this book. Very detailed and also targets your diet directly.

If you're looking for the best diet around that has been backed up by research, this is one of the best books out there on that subject. Lose carbs, eat right, and know the secret recipes and you're well on your way to shedding some pounds!
