The recipes bought me over

I was able to try some of the ketogenic recipes already and I'm really satisfied. The good explanation of the importance and benefits and the fancy but simple to prepare recipes bought me over. This audio book is perfect for beginners to get to try and eventually continue it as a normal regular diet and living a healthier life.

The best keto diet

If you could sum up Keto Diet in three words, what would they be?

Lose weight efficiently

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, this audiobook was nearly 4 hours long so it too me about two or three days to finish it. There's a ton of information and was overwhelmed but in a good way because I learned a lot.

Any additional comments?

Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the keto diet can be incorporated in all of these meals and furthermore, it really changes your health in a positive way. My favorite part was the book was targeted in losing weight while overall helping your heart. My blood pressure dropped significantly and now is in 125/87!

exploring keto

A friend has recommended Keto diet for me as I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes a month ago. Chose this audiobook to gain wisdom to as it has an appealing book cover. And since I’m a good cook myself, I’ll surely benefit much from this book as it has recipes I can experiment with.

Right on Time!

I'm currently trying to lose weight. The problem is, I'm not a very good cook. These recipes will help! They're easy and filling. I made the keto apple pie, and it was amazing! You get a free audiobook with the purchase of this book, so I can't wait to dive into that one.
