Dr Rogers is a gem

I ordered the book after watching Dr Rogers on YouTube interviews. The book is informative and is really like a three hour conversation with Dr Rogers and much less like a reading. He is hilarious and I listened twice

INCREDIBLY EDUCATIONAL BOOK AND FUNNY

I absolutely loved this book. I’ve read a lot of books about health and diet and this is the best one by far. Unvarnished direct truth this book can change your life if you make the necessary changes. Dr. Rogers is so smart and makes all kinds of interesting connections with science, philosophy, psychology, etc. I love his reading and delivery, Dude is a gift to mankind. No lie; listen to this book.
