Want blissful sleep?? 😴

This relaxing book helped me to wind down enough to get peaceful sleep.
I felt very well rested and energized the next morning.
The narration is smooth with a gentle tone.
I requested this book in exchange for my honest review because insomniacs like me need all the help we can get💤

Affirming and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The full title of this soothing audiobook is spot on: "Deep Sleep Hypnosis: 30 Minutes of Positive Affirmations to Attract Success, Happiness, & Confidence While You Sleep".

Over the course of half an hour, a soft-spoken, uncredited female voice floats over the top of ambient music and sounds of nature, offering repeating messages of affirmation and positive thinking. The soundscape and voice are beautiful to listen to and it is difficult not to let your mind simply drift atop the waves of gentle dreaminess.

The narrator offers affirming and consistent messages about receiving and giving happiness, love, humour, passion, purpose, relaxation, peace, respect, self-confidence, self-approval and personal choice, amongst many other uplifting ideals. The entire soundtrack provides a sense of purpose and harmony that is designed to send the listener to sleep feeling good about one’s self and the world.

The internet is a goldmine of information and entertainment but it has also engineered an overwhelming world of fear, isolation and mental health issues. The value of a recording like Deep Sleep Hypnosis cannot be underestimated. It not only encourages a restful meditation and, hopefully, a more peaceful sleep, but the positive affirmations can only serve to help counter the stress and negativity that daily life now heaps upon us.

Despite attempting to remain alert and focused while listening to Deep Sleep Hypnosis I did find it difficult not to drift off and just let the soundscape take over. This is a recording I will listen to time and time again for the sheer relaxation and feel-good after-effect it has.

I’ve reviewed over a dozen self-improvement recordings on my audiobook review site at SaidNotRead dot wordpress dot com and this is one of my favourites. I do not, however, recommend listening to it while driving or operating machinery!

my First but not last by Mindfulness, Training

I was gifted this Audio ARC for a honest and unbiased review from the author /narrator.
sorry I was late posting this.

This book was so relaxing to listen to that I'm not sure if I learned anything because I feel asleep!
well listened during the day and wow it's great. it's better to listen to when your trying to go to sleep.
who Evers voice is used she rocks.

Soothing meditation

This was a welcome addition to my meditation series. I have difficulty falling asleep and this calming meditation has helped me focus on the positive aspects rather than dwelling on daily things I have not control over.

Delivers

What made the experience of listening to Deep Sleep Hypnosis the most enjoyable?

I appreciated that this was straight forward and not overly cheesy.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Deep Sleep Hypnosis?

I liked the line, "All hypnosis is self-hypnosis", which reminds you that you have to learn to help yourself.

What about Mindfulness Training’s performance did you like?

The sound levels were good. With the narration and background music/sound one did not make the other harder to hear. I listen to music or nature sounds every night and I get frustrated, and so does my husband trying to sleep next to me, when I have to turn it up really loud just to hear it and then all of a sudden there is something too loud and it wakes me back up or startles me out of relaxation.

Happy dreaming!

I can never sleep.. like I usually go to bed at 3 or 4 AM and try to to live like a normal person during the day who has gotten a full night sleep.
I have listened to this book about 5 times now, and it has put me to sleep every time.
It hard for me to review though, because I never get to the end of it while awake. But I can say it does help me fall asleep!

Great for Insomnia

This is a beautiful combination of a nice voice and Music. The introduction is just like a Michael Sealy Hypnosis production, sometimes word for word. The positive affirmations are a great thing to put into your subconscious, as you drift off to sleep.

sleep well

I listened to this last night as I was falling asleep. I used the sleep timer on Audible so it would turn of. I slept so peaceful and woke rested. I then listened to this in the morning so I could review it with knowledge. I will definitely use this. I was gifted this book with the understanding that I would leave and honest review.

Shocked and amazed!!! <br />

Didn't believe that this could really work. I have used this for 4 nights now with100% success rate. What a difference it makes to fall asleep so quickly. A must have for anybody anxious or finding difficulties sleeping 😴
