I usually meditate at the end of my day. Listening to this as soon as I wake up is a pleasant change up.
Starting the day with such a peaceful book helps to alleviate my stress for the rest of the afternoon.
I feel energetically charged and calm enough to handle any situation.
Along with the smooth stellar narration, this listen is the perfect start to a wonderful day.
I now have the motivation I need to face the renovations going on in my house with a positive attitude.

Surprising

I was given this in exchange for an unbiased review. This is the first meditation book I have listened to. It actually helped me to focus on what she was telling me to do. The music was just right and the narrator spoke in soothing tones that took me through the full 30 minutes. I will listen to it again.

Meditation.... A moment to knowing a better you

An exceptional mood and tone, highlighted with excellent narration and speaking(reading) ability that enlightened, as well as helped me to learn where as if reading it myself may not have happened. Thrilled to have had this experience.

Meditation

Any additional comments?

This was an interesting look at meditation but I had a hard time staying focused. I want to try this again because I want to see if I can enrich my life though meditation that so many believe in. I would recommend this book to others like me who have never tried meditation.

Repeat often for best results

I first listened at a business convention when I needed to snatch a little down time. There are pauses in the presentation and I kept popping up to see if my device had turned off. But once I got into it and listened, it was better than a nap. I went back to work refreshed and focused. The hardest part is blocking the half hour needed. Once you make this audio a habit and make an appointment with yourself to listen, it's definitely worth it.

I received this copy free I return for an honest review. I'm really glad I volunteered!

Wholehearted performance

Every moment of this short 30 min session is worthy your time and attention.
Wisely spaced words to silence, the unique timbre of this gifted narrator, her deep understanding of the process she guides you through and her openness to the listener makes this recording very special to me. I feel like eye pupil absorbing all light send to it, without reflection or fight- just every sound sink into me like water into sand.
I recommend this audio-session to everyone who trusts old-fashion chicken soup to cure common cold better then antibiotic. Who understands that the inner balance is everything and that it can be developed with help of a true teacher or a guide.

Don't wait

What did you love best about Guided Meditation?

I procrastinated about listening to this guided meditation. Yes, funny, I know. But now that I have listened, I will be starting each day with it! I really liked it. It helped me focus on what was important to me. I do recommend it.

Guided Meditation!!!

This audio book has been really helpful this week. I have been so behind on doing reviews! The narrator is very clear and smooth in her voice throughout the audio book. If you have never tried meditation, or want something more free form from what would be considered "classic" meditation then this guide and all those in this series will be a great addition to your library. With such a short 30 min meditation guide you can re-listen when ever and where ever you feel yourself getting stressed and starting to procrastinate. I really do find the Mindfulness Training collection the most useful audio book I have received for my daily activities thus far.

This Meditation is Fantastic and It Works

I am so pleased with this and the other meditations from Mindfulness Training. They are very good and they work. I love them. I've noticed a decrease in stress as well as an increase in energy and creativity. I think they strike a wonderful balance. They're helpful and useful and I highly recommend this one and all of them. They are a helpful source of inner peace and strength.

I love the ambient music and the guide's voice is very soothing and relaxing. Overall excellent.

Loved it

Honestly I`m not sure if it should put me to sleep but it did, and I loved it. I`ll be making a habit of listening to this every evening, its just so relaxing.
