Breathe

Emotional, Cleansing, Relieving.
So thankful for the opportunity to listen!!!
I had decided to reread my copies of "Conversations with God, One & Two", gifts from my Son Reginald but decided to allow spirit to direct me. The site opened with this & I think I will incorporate it into my weekly Rituals.

must read for everyone

I liked that he went through a list of general people, asking the reader/listener to write down specific names of people who had harmed them. I think that is a key to the forgiveness process. I am a Christ Follower, but not everyone is, and I think he presented his material in a none threatening way so that everyone can benefit from the information. Although he did touch on the subject of people who called themselves Christian, who may be responsible for a person' leaving a church and possibly tossing God or Jesus aside. I will listen again and actively participate in the steps. I do want a healthy body and peaceful mind and life. That is why I chose this book, a long with the fact that I read "Love is Letting Go of Fear" 32 to 40 years ago..

Audio

I love the content but the audio at times was really bad and it made it hard for me to enjoy what was being said and the message that this book was trying to give . it had a lot of noise in the background and listening to it in the car made it difficult to enjoy

I'm not there yet.

I can see the truth in the act of forgiveness but how do I get there, it's a struggle.

A bit boring.

If you like to hear anecdotes of people being upset or angry, then forgiving, then being happy, it's for you.
