Captivating Truths!

This book gives some great insight on self-love, forgiveness and how to be gentle with ourselves. While listening to this book I will admit that I was listening from a place of guilt, shame, hurt, and betrayal. But it helped me to take a look at myself and see what pain I was inflicting on myself. It cause me to dig deep and look at all of my relationships and how they were nothing but self reflection of either love or fear.

I love everything from Robert Holden and this particular title has meaningful content . I have been looking for a long time a specific book on Love , it has helped me feel and share it .

Robert and Love - My spiritual teachers

Growing up and for my virtually all of my professional life I’ve been searching for success through achievement. Robert and this book have really helped me to open my heart. This audible version is great because it’s narrated by Robert. You can feel his passion and compassion. If you are ready for love, this audiobook will most certainly help you to open your heart. It did for me.

Robert’s Holden “Loveability” is one of the most amazing books on Love. Magnificent, impecable, full of wisdom and clarity; as a gift, it turns out extremely enjoyable while listening to the author. Can’t speak highly enough of Robert Holden and this book.

This books is great and should be combined with

This books is great and should be combined with Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges by Amy Cuddy. The first will teach you why you need to love yourself, how it will impact your life and why we need to let go of things in our lives. You will also get great steps to apply it. However, I found when I add the steps from Amy's book you really get a power push in the right direction! Try them and see what results you get!

This is my bible, my home when I feel lost

I was gifted this book by a former fling and this is a very very special gift to me. I was a sophomore in college and did not have a routine for self-assigned reading. However I decided to give this book a chance after being exhausted by endless waves (years) of depression, putting my worth in what others thought of me, earth-shattering breakups, and because this book was collecting dust on my nightstand. The healing it helped my soul find is more than money could ever buy. It's so beautiful, simple and sweet--tender & always hitting the spot.

This is my 3rd time reading in 3 years as it is my comfort book or where I seek refuge when I forget where love is--in myself. I would highly recommend this book. Especially to those who feel especially lost, are constantly asking Reddit one-off advice only to never follow, or to those who are exploring mental health for the first time. This is my favorite book of all time. Nothing about this book is bullsh*t, and you'll only know why once you read :)

The world needs to read/listen to Loveability!

Excellent book! Helps you understand where love comes from, and how to get back in touch with love when you feel you may have lost it. It's changed my perceptions on many things in life. It's a must read!
Robert Holden does his own narration. It is outstanding, so easy to listen to, and so easy to relate to. I've seen him live, and he is just as amazing in person!
