So far this is my favorite of the series. Also probably my favorite love story. It just feels more substantial this time.

One of my favorites

I've read and loved all of Dee Henderson's books and this one stands out. Listening to the audio version took me into the story even more. As a volunteer firefighter, i felt an adrenaline-rush, fear and relief. Both men and women can enjoy this series of suspense, danger, realistic faith struggles and love.

It was just a little too scary for me.

It was well written though and an engaging story. I think the audience story was well developed, but the characters and their story needed a little more time.

Great read

Would you consider the audio edition of The Protector to be better than the print version?

Only because I can do other things while listening.

Have you listened to any of Tom Stechschulte’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes. I think he does a good job in them all.

Any additional comments?

I have read the book and listened to this audio three times. I really like the author.
