This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. That's for a trainer.

I love Intermittent Fasting

This book was very well written. It was an easy and understandable listen. The other books I listen were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is, This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book.
