One of the best audible I found.!!

The first audio book goes over the intermittent fasting diet, how to get started, exercises, and other handy tips.I highly recommend it. And the best part is the diet really works. I really satisfied with this audio book.

I devoured this book in a day

I devoured this book in a day. It aligned with my personal experiences with food and explained the science behind them. I gained greater compassion for obese people and found clear guiding principles to avoid weight gain. Really works

A very well written book with easy to follow tips on how to start eating 5-2. Plus, it really works. I listen this book and lost about 14 lbs in the first 4 weeks. But the best part is, I've maintained that weight loss for an entire year now. Highly recommend.

A must listen book!!

If I could give this book 20 stars I would. I am insulin resistance . I have dawn phenomenon. Thought both were something I would have to live with. After listening this book. I now understand what sugar and carbs are doing to my body. And it isn't nice. I have been doing intermittent fasting for about 1 month and notice a big change in my sugar levels. Which I do check about 3 - 4 daily. I feel wonderful !! and even dropped a few pounds. Most important.. my diabetes can be controlled. If you are listening this review and think fasting is just something crazy..that only crazy people would do this. I ask that you buy this book, don't just listen it once. Listen it a few times. Every time you listen it. You will learn something new. Also listen The Obesity Code. I would like to end this review with a BIG thank you Kyle Faber. You have changed my life.
