Long before the first pharmaceutical companies opened their doors in the 1850s, doctors treated people, not symptoms. And although we've become used to popping pills, Americans have finally had it with the dangerous side effects, addiction, and over-prescribing - and they're desperate for an alternative. Here's the good news: That alternative has been here all along in the form of ancient treatments used for eons in traditional Chinese, Ayurvedic, and Greek medicine.

Current medical wisdom advises that anyone suffering from diabetes or prediabetes should eat a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet. But in this revolutionary audiobook, Cyrus Khambatta, PhD, and Robby Barbaro, MPH, rely on a century of research to show that advice is misguided. While it may improve short-term blood glucose control, such a diet also increases the long-term risk for chronic diseases like cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease, and fatty liver disease. The revolutionary solution is to eat a low-fat plant-based whole-food diet.

Publisher's summary
How to build that beautiful oasis on your property without having to hire an expensive contractor, even if you have no landscaping experience.
Landscaping isn't just about having a pretty flower bed. It's about being mindful of your surroundings and your impact on the Earth. What makes a good landscaper? Like everything else in life, it takes practice and knowledge to excel at something. But as with so many things, it also takes a little bit of inspiration. And that's where this book comes in!
In this book, you will discover:
- How to create a healthy environment for yourself and your family
- How to create and maintain the many different designs of landscaping
- The environmentally friendly and cost-saving techniques that will make landscaping easy and beneficial
- How to create sustainable landscaping that will have a positive impact on your environment and your health
- And so much more!
The impacts of landscaping are not only physical; it's also mental. Studies have found that gardens and parks can relieve stress and depression, prevent PTSD, and even lower blood pressure.
Many people think they need a large yard or an incredibly green thumb to be a landscape designer, but that just isn't true. Some of the most famous landscapes in the world were designed by people with no design experience at all. You can create a beautiful landscape without spending more than you have to or spending many hours on your hands and knees weeding flower beds.
You can design that outdoor oasis that you deserve by using the Essentials of Landscaping.
If you want to learn the essentials of landscaping and improve your property, scroll up and buy now.

Are you ok Randy ?
This book is madness. I read the other reviewers comments, I used a credit on it anyway. I probably listened to 30-40 minutes of it. I may go back and try and count the number of times the word “landscape” is mentioned. There are numerous sentences like this “Landscaping is fun for landscapers because they can build beautiful landscapes”. This book is just full of stupidly obvious, asinine observations. I would give you examples but that would take work and I’m not putting that much effort into this review which I’m fairly certain no one except the author might read. On that note, Randy what’s going on here man ! I don’t wanna be too mean, I’ll give two stars. There were little nuggets of useful info in the book. Just get an editor or something. Initially it gave me a chuckle but after about 10 or so mins I became enraged and shut it off. Found myself in traffic and then went thru that same cycle again. Twice is enough. I give up. Randy I’m sure you’re a nice guy but this book stinks, with Love D
