A wonderful ambitious young man, 25% useful data.
Most significant issue was his suggestion to replace "walking a property" with standardization price per acre & using Google earth or maps. I'm honestly at a loss for words at how ridiculously irresponsible that is. even if the Google pictures were taken yesterday(which they are not) there are a multitude of ground conditions unseen by Google. Not to mention perimeter issues &/or mechanical issues. Relying on Google for anything more then an idea of property volume is terrible practice.
Other than that there is good data on developing systems, hope the best for the young man.

Loved the book
The book was a fun story sharing a fable of a lawn care company going from start to almost being destroyed than to success. I run a carpet cleaning and pressure washing business and this really helped me grasp what we need to strive towards.

Disappointing
Just a caution for anyone looking to buy this looking to start up a business or looking for advice around business ownership. Its actually a poorly read novel. It makes it really difficult to learn anything about the business side of setting up etc because there is inexplicably a story being told in the middle. My fault for not properly paying attention to the description so I thought it might be helpful to tell people here.
