When Leah and Calvin found out they were expecting, they were over the moon. That day would be one to remember forever… but for more reasons than one. That was the day the world changed. That was the day joy turned to fear. A deadly virus broke out, with many of those infected becoming violent and uncontrollable. And it was spreading fast. Realizing they are no longer safe in their own home, they make a break out of the city to find sanctuary. But when Leah is bitten, Calvin faces the unimaginable struggle of having to take care of their newborn alone. Traveling with the baby and his dead wife in tow, he comes across Hannah, a young girl who lost her family to the virus. They make their way across country together, meeting others trying to find their own sanctuary. They eventually find safety but Calvin soon realizes all is not as it seems and he must make an agonizing choice.
Deputy Sheriff, Quincey Morris, thought the low point of his week was the twilight shootout between Albuquerque's rival drug gangs, but he was wrong. All of Quincey's training could not prepare him for the confrontation with the vengeful Morgan Stregocia. She has devoted herself to hunting down the descendants of Van Helsing's original "vampire slayers" who destroyed the legendary Dracula more than a century ago.
A charmed life can tumble down in an avalanche of problems. Bobby Tremain's the first in his family to attend college, also the first to see snow. A massive magical blizzard makes this not-so-average bear want to sleep all winter, but he needs to pass exams or risk flunking out of Providence Paranormal College.
Esmeralda, one of the human survivors of an apocalyptic war, now lives a precarious life as a servant to a family of zombies. She knows she’s better off than many other humans, who are imprisoned in breeding camps and slaughtered for food. Her masters treat her well, and their young daughter reminds Esme of her own little girl, killed during the war. But Esme can’t forget everything she’s lost—or the knowledge that her masters could turn on her at any moment. When rebels interrupt the zombies’ supply of human food, Esme’s position becomes even more dangerous. And this time, the price of survival may be more than she is prepared to pay.
When puberty brings on her first shift, Missy goes into the mountains for two years - until finally learning to change back. She can change from fully human in one instant to a mountain lion in the next. Everyone assumes her two-year disappearance was because she'd been kidnapped by a sexual predator that she managed to kill. She keeps her werecat nature a secret. There is no pack, no pride of other werecats, and no alpha.
Hi, how are you? Yes, I am talking to you, the reader of this book's description. Okay, I get it, fourth-wall breaking is overdone. Get over it. This book, Villains Rule, is a fantasy action-comedy which you have to hear. Not because it redefines the genre, far from it. But rather for what it contains. A villain's tale. How often do you get to listen to a story where the villain is the protagonist? No, not an anti-hero, or a brooding monster, nor a hero thinly disguised as a villain. And not evil. If you want evil, take that nonsense to therapy.

Erotic story of two senior military leaders that are entangled in an affair while deployed in one of the most hostile environments during the Iraq War.
Breaking all the rules and risking their careers while coping with their own relationship issues at home, the two find a way to inevitably free themselves of the mischief and the blatant disregard for military etiquette. Or do they?
I have mixed feelings about this book. Generally I don't read books that deal with infidelity but this book sounded to interesting to pass up so I gave it a go. For a book in the erotica section it sure managed to cover a lot of relationship information as well.
Yes there was lots of erotic scenes but that wasn't all it was. It also had a lot to say about how easy it is for a relationship to go from strong to rocky and the challenges of being deployed to a war zone. Overall I really enjoyed it and I'm glad I gave it a go.
The narrator did a good job, the book is the thoughts of the main characters so there are no character voices. The delivery was well done, it had a natural rhythm and was enjoyable to listen to.
I received a free copy of this book from the author and/or narrator and/or publisher and I voluntarily wrote this honest review.

This was a very interesting book for me as it wasn't in my normal scope of books listen to since it based on a true story and it focuses not only on the story but gives some advice in it as well. I enjoyed the steamy sex scenes as well as the looks like the military life that was going on at the same time. It was well written and gave an in-depth look into what was happening at the time the affair was going on as well as what happened afterwards.
The narrator did a good job performing this book. This is the thoughts of the main character so he did a good job portraying them and expressing them as you would if you were thinking them yourself. There was a good tone and speed to the narration.

For erotic short stories, it was decent. The narration was good and the stories were well written. I wouldn't burn a credit on it, but if it is cheap it might be worth picking up.
Sexy stories with great narration!!!
