Changing how you see motivation and action

I love this book. I never thought of how motivation is more important than desired outcome, in the actions we take. This book gave me insight into myself and my closest family and friends. A great book to read with your spouse or best friends, bible group or book club.

I think this is probably one of my favorite books on the Enneagram! I loved listening to Ian read it and would recommend it as a must read not just for those interested in the Enneagram but for everyone! It is definitely one of my 10 ten books!

Excellent book to understand the Enneagram

I have just begun to understand the Enneagram and how it can help in my relationship, leadership, and dealing with the areas in my life where I struggle. This book is an excellent resource to do just that!

I would purchase the Audible version and the Kindle/book version. This is a resource to keep going back to for understanding.
