Publisher's summary

From New York Times best-selling author Kristen Proby comes an all new story in her best-selling Big Sky Royal series!

Princess Eleanor has had it up to her royal eyeballs. She’s surrounded by suitable men, each more rude and obnoxious than the last. None of them are worthy of her heart - not to mention her virginity. So what’s a girl to do? Flee to Montana to stay with her brother, lay low, and avoid both the media and the men, that’s what.

Liam Cunningham is the head of security in Montana for the royal family. For a man who has seen the worst of human nature in the Army, being in Cunningham Falls is a balm to his tattered soul.

Princess Eleanor, on the other hand, is a royal pain in the butt. She’s proven in the past that she’s a troublemaker. She’s also beautiful, smart, and everything good in life that he doesn’t deserve.

But when Ellie proposes the idea of Liam being her sex coach, how can he resist?

Proper Princess

Ellie and Liam are so fitting. I love her initial shyness and watching her come into her own as a woman in a relationship. Liam is your typical head in his —- until he finally wises up to it. Full of humor, heart, and heat!

Fun, Heartwarming and Sizzling Romance!

I absolutely adored this forbidden romance! This latest in the Big Sky Royals series is funny, sweet, suspenseful and very sexy! Princess Eleanor is tired of the royal life and the fake people around her. She decides to visit her brother Sebastian in Montana for a month. Her personal guard can't stay so Sebastian assigns Liam to protect her. They both are attracted to each other, but Liam is a professional and tries to keep his distance. But Eleanor can be a handful and challenges Liam as their fiery attraction heats up. As Eleanor meets local residents, along with Liams family, she loves the honest, genuine and fun connections. She also can't stop her feelings from growing for her sweet and sexy alpha security guard. But Liam is fighting his own battles that afflict him on top of not feeling worthy of Eleanors love. This is a fun, heartwarming, and sizzling romance with a touch of suspense. The narration by Lance Greenfield, and Jennifer Mack was amazing. They nailed these characters perfectly, making me feel all the push/pull of emotions they experienced. I was completely lost in their moving performance.

A royally good love story!

I love the Big Sky series and am loving the royals now who have joined the family from Cunningham Falls. I really enjoyed this story and was happy to see Ellie get her HEA with Liam. I was fully invested from the beginning and hoped their lessons would evolve into something much more. They struggled somewhat but their love and good eventually good communication got them through.
The narrators were good and Lance was a very good Liam. Jennifer is a good narrator, but the thing I didn't like is that while Ellie's chapters were in the fist person, she only used her British accent when Ellie was speaking. This was a bit offputting since it was supposed to be all first person so it should have always been with the accent in my opinion. And I know that is just my opinion and didn't stop me from listening to the whole book because I enjoyed it.
I look forward to Callum and Aspen's book next!

So good

I loved his book and was absolutely riveted from the first to the last chapter. The performance from narrators Lance Greenfield and Jennifer Mack really brought this story to life for me and I was sad when the story ended.
I fell hard and fast for Liam Cunningham, he ticked all the boxes for me and was totally swoon worthy. I really liked Princess Eleanor (aka Ellie) and together she and Liam make a wonderful couple.
I loved how both Ellie and Liam were so all in with their secret relationship. I also loved how much they both grew as their relationship progressed, particularly Ellie. She went from a naive young woman, to a woman who could hold her own.
My heart was torn as Liam struggles with his place in her “royal life”, it is obvious that he loves Ellie but can he handle the being a part of the life that is Princess Eleanor?

A must listen forbidden royal romance

“Enticing Liam was the royal romance I didn’t knew I needed. Liam and Ellie’s story was lovely. Lance and Jennifer did an amazing narration! The hours felt like minutes and their voices portray the emotions and feels. Ellie wasn’t the typical princess attitude. She was so sweet and Liam. Being his bodyguard made things complicated but their chemistry was so unique and their relationship so adorable. I absolutely enjoyed this forbidden royal romance.”

Sweet Romance of a Princess & her Bodyguard

Book 2 is light fare and a very easy read. Princess Eleanor goes on vacation to visit her brother In Cunningham Fall, Montana and pushes Liam Cunningham into a relationship. He is suffering from PTSD and still having bad nightmares. He knows he has a problem, but she is calming and protective at night.
Lance Greenfield does a good job as Liam. Jennifer Mack does an ok job as princess Eleanor. Her vocabulary includes British terminology but her pronunciations at times are forced but when the dialogue becomes reflective with inner thoughts in American it becomes very disconcerting. This definitely detracts from the performance. The story will make a good choice for the Escape Package.

3.5 stars for a cute, fast listen

I will first say that it's been a hot minute since I've read a Kristen Proby book. The last ones I read were from the With Me series. Even though Enticing Liam is the second book in the Big Sky Royals series, I did not feel like I was missing out on any past knowledge of previous characters (although I do want to read more about them). It's a complete standalone within a series for that reason.

With that said, I listened to the audiobook of this one. I thought the book was cute and a bit predictable. It wasn't exactly unique, but it was sweet and entertaining. We have a Princess (Eleanor or Ellie) and a bodyguard (Liam) that end up falling for one another while the bodyguard schools her in the romance department while he is guarding her in Montana. They are obviously from different worlds, but their attraction will win over that. Like I said, predictable. But it was fun to watch an innocent Ellie learn from her bodyguard.

As far as the audiobook goes, I thought the male narrator did a great job of convincing me he was ex-military and now a bodyguard. He spoke just as I would've imagine. Now, the female narrator I had a little issue with. She actually did a great job with her English Princess, but I was a little confused with why she spoke with an American accent when speaking her inner monologue. It didn't make sense and pulled me a bit from the story.

Overall, the story was a fast "read" and was cute. Nothing too exciting, but it took me away for a few hours to enjoy a royal family member that falls for "an everyday person". 3.5 stars

Lovely story

This story was sweet and cute. I’m not a fan of virgin tropes because the character can come across as prude and annoying. That said, the overall story was entertaining and the narrators did a great job in my opinion. Lance Greenfield and Jennifer Mack are new to me but I would definitely listen to them narrate again.
