Publisher's Summary

"Enough Already: Time to End the War on Terrorism is a masterly history of these chaotic, tragic and above all futile conflicts, ranging with his usual excoriating accuracy from Mali to Pakistan, from Iraq to Yemen by way of Syria and Libya. Millions are dead, disabled or languish desperately far from their homes as the direct result of our blunders, bewilderment and outright malicious stupidity. Thousands of our own soldiers have died or are disabled. Hundreds more of our citizens have died in the US and Europe in what Horton calls the 'backdraft' of our disastrous actions. Ignore the self-serving memoirs or grandiose academic tomes; if you listen to only one book on the so-called "'War on Terror', this must be that book." (Frank Ledwidge, author of Investment in Blood).

Complete take down of American foreign policy

This is the most complete take down of America's failed foreign policy you can find anywhere. They don't hate is for our freedom, they hate us because we've meddled in nearly every country in the Middle East. If you want to know what is actually happening, Scott is the man to tell you.

making nonsense make sense

This is the best quick reads covering the terrible mess the war on terror has been. A great read to put the headlines together into a coherent narrative of American foreign policy.

A must read on foriegn policy.

I've been waiting months for this on audio, and despite the extremely depressing facts of the terror war, I'm really enjoying the book. I'll definitely be buying a physical copy once I'm done with the audio version. Thanks to the great Scott Horton for all that he does.

Irrefutable

Scott Horton masterfully builds the case that the US military presence in the Middle East over the past 40 years has been disastrous and done little more than destabilize the region, rack up incalculable debt, and create waves and waves of new generations of terrorists. The content is shocking and eye-opening. A brilliant yet devastating read.

Incredible book

The most revealing and eye opening book I've ever read. Everyone needs to know what's in this book. It's a devastating takedown of US foreign policy. The audio is very well done.
