If you’ve always wanted to understand and manage intense emotions, panic attacks, anxiety, or depression, then pay attention...

DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) can really help in a lot of mental situations. DBT is based on principles for mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and regulation of emotions. This means you can effectively regulate intense emotions and reactions without compromising on the quality of life you wish to lead.

  • DBT and mindfulness
  • Tips to overcome OCD using DBT and mindfulness
  • DBT techniques to deal with anxiety and stres
  • Mindful tips to tackle panic attacks.

It has reduced my anxiety attacks dramatically. I get fewer and shorter attacks. I am in the middle of a marital crisis. My marriage was the major factor in my anxiety without me realizing it. I read this book and kept doing the exercises for a couple more months.

A wonderful resource for structured reflection and to have a milieu of tools to work within your life. Heteronormative and a bit dated but also very functional.
