Definitely not for me.
The techniques and guided meditations for relaxing and going to sleep are ok, but Alexis' voice was jarring to me. I felt like an exhausted parent at the end of their emotional rope was demanding that I just "Go the F*ck to Sleep," as another audiobook puts it. Perhaps if she were giving me get-up-and-go orders or workout commands it would have been more appropriate.

Wrong Performer/Narrator!
As a relaxation recording this lacks the most important facet; a relaxing voice! The narrator is nearly strident and her accent garbles some of the words. Such as the word "come" is pronounced "calm" and the word "relax" is pronounced "realack". She uses phrases that are out of sync with acceptable relaxation recordings. For example, "let it go, it does not serve you now" that phrase "it does not serve you now" brings you out of your relaxed state wondering what she said. It is awkwardly put.
The music is nice and relaxing. It really doesn't need the annoying narrative.

only had one big hang up on this issue
I found it very soothing until it got to a point where they talked about my heart being still and my lungs being still and it put me in a very morbid state of mind and the whole point of the book is to help you relax and go to sleep so I didn't appreciate that very much otherwise however I enjoyed it.

Annoying Narrator but OK Music
This "Sleep Better" program is a series of 7 sessions ranging in 15-25 min each on average, which adds up to a little over 2 hours run-time total. This is kind of like meditation sessions from Aaptiv with voice-overs accompanying calming background music. However, these focus on getting settled and soothing the mind in order to aid falling asleep. Most of the time I fell asleep while listening to a session, but I cannot necessarily attest to whether this helped me to sleep BETTER (aka: deeper, more REM sleep, etc.) since I don't have the right monitoring technology to track those potential changes.
Overall, this was fine, and some were calming. But I found the narrator really annoying, so the music was a lot more effective for me than the instructor's over-pronunciation. So I can't recommend this to people with sleep issues as a way to fix their problems, but if you are that desperate, the I guess this couldn't hurt? Of course, if you actually have sleeping issues consult a medical professional instead of meditation nonsense.

I am reading through all these reviews and they are too much. First, you can adjust the speed when listening to the audio. For this one, I did have to reduce it to get to a relaxing speed. Second, these audibles are about training your body and mind to relax so you can sleep. Tuning into your breathing, training your thoughts and relaxing your body. It will NOT happen on the first try. Like I said, you need to train your mind and body. Usually by night/day 3, I fall asleep mid recording. After that, just turning it on and beginning will knock me out. And yes, it’s the best sleep. Just work through the series.
The only thing a little hokey is the “3rd eye” thing. That I ignore.

Gaack!
Horribly grating voice. Also, she reads way way too fast to be soothing. Glad this was free but even so, really irritating when you want to sleep. I’m sorry to be mean, but the narrator is just not suited to this

Day 7 is my favorite
I like the addition of essential oils. I never used them before... and found a combination that very much improved my ability to sleep soundly: rose/geranium mixed with lavender& a slight touch of peppermint. I meant to review Day 5 also ( & missed my chance ) so I will do so now. The music in the background of Yogic Sleep was distracting... I was unable to concentrate on the soothing words .... and gave up before listening to the entire meditation.
