Crowdfunding Law
Publisher's Summary
The new rule 506(c) permits general solicitation for the first time in 80 years, under Title III of the JOBS Act. Title IV permits a new form of Regulation A exempt offering. One advantage of the new Regulation A is that it allows you to "test the waters" for interest before undertaking more elaborative filings.

A straight read of law excerpts, before new reg.s
This is a lot of pastes of law readings, end-to-end, with very little explanation. A few commentaries are patched in that are well chosen. It is useful to me for that, but after all, I have a law degree. It also precedes the recent issuance of a critical batch of regulations, SEC's so-called Regulation Crowdfunding. This audio shows a good basic foundation of the law, given that limitation. I do like this work, as it wastes no time. Filler in a book drives me crazy! I recommend, as a starter, the recently released Crowdfunding Handbook by Cliff Ennico. But I am satisfied with this purchase, qualified by my above remarks.
