Lots of good and bad...
This was a great story and had the potential to have an amazing climatic ending....but it literally fell off a cliff at the 12-minute mark. It just fell completely flat and was rushed and anticlimactic. What a letdown after all those hours listening and waiting. Also, there were numerous editing issues that are uncharacteristic of Audible. Overall, it was a great book with a totally awful ending. Narration was good, but it didn't solve the problem of bad editing and rushed writing.

Another Great One!
In typical Scarpetta fashion, this one keeps you on your toes. It also continues to delve more into the psyche of Scarpetta, Marino, Luc,, and other beloved characters in only a way Cornwell can do. I highly recommend this one, Kate Reading is a great narrator, once again proving her worth to Scarpetta fans!

Lots of "wow" moments!
I think Blowfly is one of Cornwell's best & narrator is outstanding!
The story was so involved & interesting that I had to stop listening at bedtime because I found myself just staying awake & listening! lol Narrator is SO talented! I was impressed several times by her "bayou" brogues & also the foreign accents - French, German, Polish, etc... very talented! After the ending of this one, I'm going to download the next one right now!
