Love it!!

A great series continues. I would love to see more mystical creatures put into the series. Especially in battle.

The narrator is very over dramatic. I would have wished for him to be more natural.

Great story, amazing narration

Title says it all. Entertaining. Fun. Engaging. The narration might be the best I’ve heard doing a team of people.

Another Enjoyable Listen

This book follows the same style as the first 2. It is starting to include a bit more character romance. Everything except the romance is very graphic.

Finally a MC who isn’t a dunce

A MC who actually expresses himself, and gets it. A breath of fresh air compared to other books I read.
Also good fights and great story.
Now let’s see how far they get in the next book!

Love and power

The found family foursome are growing deeper bonds to each as their luck seems without end. Though the challenges of being favored increase in similar pace. Why are these things happening? It’s slowly being revealed and it’s interesting enough along the way. I don’t have the answers but I want to see and hear more about the different skills. It’s enjoyable enough that I haven’t thought about the ins and out of the skills system which makes me wonder if it’s actually balanced or not. Great read and fun.

good book BUT!

Some of the voices are juvenile and grating. So annoying that I have been tempted to stop listening.

Adventure

Each book keeps getting better. Great adventure focusing on a small groups powerful growth to protective their love ones.

Great character development

This book is another amazing addition to the series. It really fills out the side characters making them loveable and unique. The banter and downtime activities are also quite enjoyable. Story wise it also didn't slack as Max and his companions get prepared for the tower which promises great challenge. Character development was so good that I will be genuinely sad if one of the characters die. Heavily recommend.
