Really enjoyed most of this. Dr Means explains in terms I understood (I’m not in healthcare industry) and provides simple steps to get going (crawl-walk-run) along with specific lists of do and do not. I ordered a hard copy as well- which I only do when I really like the content and want to review specific areas in more detail.

This was a great introduction for me starting this health journey for myself and our family. At times, it was a little overwhelming, but the content was great and performed by the author was wonderful. Would really recommend this book. And have too many already.
