I Liked It

I like the job that both Jeremy Basko as the voice over artist and Laurence St. John did with Metatron. Even storytelling, mixed with a steady voice, makes for a pretty good audiobook. It’s more hero ‘lite’ but I enjoyed it myself. Will pass on to my little cousins.

a great ya story very enjoyable one not too long and very interesting the narrator was great and overall it was a very cute listen

A Great Book

Never underestimate the hero! That’s the popular theme of most stories and although you can see this one coming, you’re still excited because of the link you’ve built with Tyler from book 1. John’s does a good job of weaving together all the details to make you root for him until the very end. I’m already looking into grabbing book 3.

short but enjoyable

I am starting this series with this book. As both books are pretty short, I didn't think I missed much. Apart from the more detailed origin story, I don't think I have. I was able to jump right in and enjoy the story. It is definitely geared towwards a younger audience, but that wasn't a detriment to me. The narration is done fairly well. I thought it had a good balance so it would be enjoyable for most age of listener that enjoy superhero stories.

Great story

if you love superhero tales, you'll really enjoy this one. The author Laurence St. John really captured a strong sequel tot eh first. I can't wait to listen to number 3.

Loved It

Who doesn't love a good superhero story and sequels are always a good thing once you've finished the first. John captured my imagination in the first Metatron and returns with an even stronger prose in the second book. Basko does another fine job with his voice over narration and I'm already excited fore the third book.

Good job author and narrator.

I grabbed this one recently and had an enjoyable time with it. Pros: good characters, detailed setting, solid action. Cons: I would’ve liked it to be longer. Now, moving on to book 3. Good job author and narrator.
