A great book for all parents!
This book is an excellent source of information for both new parents and for parents who are expecting their new child. I i hope on this next baby we had can get in the healthiest options possible and continue on with fresh foods. And the audio book gives almost everthing I needed.The recipes are unique and very creative, it has different flavor combinations and textures to expand your child's taste.

5 start isn't enough for this book!
This is a good starter book for first time moms and dads. In the beginning it gives you guidelines of when you should start giving your baby solid foods.I love that the narrator speaks clearly and easy to understand.
