I loved the story. It gave more depth to the film. I do wish it had sounds in the background. It took more effort to get lost in the sound of this one than other audiobooks

really needs multiple narrators
The narrator's voice is good, but when he attempts to do a female or a second voice, it gets high pitched and does not mimick at all a real female voice. not his fault, but really does distract from the story.

Well done audio work in the aliens saga.
Narrator did a great job capturing the suspense and intensity of the book. The story was a griping and very well written. Unlike the other books, it is more cerebral.

Excellent story and great narration
This book is the first alien story I have listened to, and I like it. The writing was excellent, with an extensive vocabulary. However, it was an experience from hell without the fire, and the ending was not predictable. It’s a little scary to know that the creation of automation could boomerang to control us one day. I would like to hear other stories from this author and listen to other books by this narrator. The narrator was excellent, distinguishing between the different characters, and his voice was very upbeat. This listen was such a good story that I am buying the book.

The book was better
This is the movie (forgot I watched it until about a third of the way into this) the book will always be better, so as I always do, I suggest that you watch the movie to see if you will like the book, never the other way around. Still better than Prometheus, but not as good as the first couple.

If you like the movie…
If you like the movie, I imagine you will like this. This is my first audiobook, and I enjoyed it. I’m very familiar with the movie so I’m curious that helps, and if something not a movie pulls me in.
