Definitely my book of the year
Some how even with another thriving look into the conflict. I have personally been third and left craving for more. The next books can’t come out fast enough for me.

Why does it take a year between books?!
I love this series. With each book the story progresses perfectly. In 12 to 14 hours Michael Sisa moves the story along at a pace comparable to two or three books of other series that I enjoy. I just hate that I have to wait a year in between books.

Different from the others and that it doesn't just concentrate on
This is different from the others. And that doesn't just concentrate on the archmangus, but also other characters as they start to flush them out. To get them ready for the next phase and this story. This was really good. There were some editing problems but not enough that it pulled you out of the story. This is as always. Oh, really great series. That pulls you in as you go along, just be Patient, when it comes to this particular one. Because it is trying to get you ready for the next part in the series

Outstanding Series
Michael Sisa continues to entertain with his Arch Magus series. While enjoyable as a standalone, it seamlessly continues the earlier books. I especially like the narration which enhances the characters. There are no dull parts. The only problem I haves is how long between new books. This is one of just a few series that hold my interest through all books, from first to last.
