Publisher's summary

There’s nothing sexy about her humdrum life as a mom. But is her husband’s crazy scheme a bit too exciting?

Sarah’s mind-numbing housewife existence is turning her brain to mush. With her third bun in the oven, this British mom is drowning under a mountain of playdates, bills, and head lice checks. But her man’s get-rich-quick idea of writing steamy novels isn’t her ideal way to dial up life’s passion.

Drew desperately wants a break from Sarah’s whining. And if that means
researching how to write racy books all by himself, then he’ll make the sacrifice. But as he finally warms Sarah up to the sultry side hustle, their R-rated private project gets publicly exposed….

With an office scandal brewing, it’s only a matter of time before gawking workers and a perfectly nosy PTA president turn them into social pariahs.
Can Sarah and Drew earn some extra income from sizzling lit without falling prey to stiff gossip?

Erotic Fiction is a charming comedy for fans of humorous fiction. If you like sweet love stories, endearing characters, and dry British humor, then you’ll adore Kindle Storyteller Award Winner Hannah Lynn’s delightful tale.

It's not what you think!

I was given a free copy of this Audiobook In exchange for an honest review. It's not what you think. Sarah is a housewife, she has a little house and many problems and seems to be going a little bit out of her mind. She is almost up to 3 kids with her husband Drew when he has an idea to make some money, writing R rates books. But when the word gets out as to what the pair is up to, their personal life is turned upside down. Will they be able to keep writing and make the needed extra money this way? Love the characters in this book and the story is new and refreshing and funny. It has its own type of British humor. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Completely Delightful

I received this book for free. I am voluntarily posting this review and any opinions expressed herein are my own.

HM Lynn is wonderful at depicting the dynamics of relationships and families. Like her Peas and Carrots series [which if you haven't read - I highly recommend], she is able to capture those little moments which seem so important at the time, which are in actuality very trivial and funny. While the title of the book is Erotic Fiction? - this is not erotica. It is an enjoyable, funny, and very entertaining story of a couple who find themselves in financial straits after discovering their third child is on the way while their small house is falling apart; their credit cards are stretched to the limits; and their expenses keep increasing.

The narrator, Charlie Sanderson, is terrific. She has a delightful British accent and wonderful comedic timing.
