Eeeek, I was just hooked line and sinker on every word, every minute of their story. Little Melody was just adorable. Her and Archer and her and Winnie’s bonds melted my heart to pieces. Seeing Archer let his heart open to love again and watching Winnie be loved the way she deserved, uh be still my heart it was everything. And the Chadwick family, never a dull moment. I love that big gregarious family with everything in me. And FINALLY discovering the author of the Taylor Tea?!!!!!!! Did not see that coming at all!
A visit to Rosewood River is always one that leaves me with my heart smiling. It’s such a bittersweet feeling to say goodbye.

Savannah Peachwood and Sebastian York were the most perfect Archer and Winnie. The want, the hesitancy, the finally giving in, the love…every feeling was heightened by their fantastic performance.

In love with this book

I know I said this last time, but new favorite Laura book. Archer and Winnie were literally perfect. And melody is the cutest kid since beefcake.

The giggles, the swoons I was kicking my feet with pure joy the entire time.

Winnie is a romance author who just moved to town. Archer needed a nanny after firing his horrible old lady one. Winnie ended up being the perfect fit not only for the nanny job but for his and melodys hearts.

Winnie and Archer - PERFECTION in Love Stories

Whisper Sweet Nothings brings us to the end of the Rosewood River series. I like to thank Laura Pavlov SINCERELY for having Bridger's "Doctor Debbie" make a reappearance. I love seeing the name as a positive character and not the negative way it's so often used. THANK YOU!

Archer needs a nanny for his 5 year old daughter, Melody. Oscar and Edith, owners of the Honey Biscuit Café, have their niece Winnie coming in to interview for the position.

Minor bumps in the road before Archer realizes that Winnie is perfect for the job. Not to mention, she's beautiful, smart, kind, insert positive adjectives here. He wants to resist the temptation because you know, age gap, boss/employee, all the bumps.

Winnie is a romance author and she's becoming quite well-known. Her ex-husband was an entitled tool of a man, the opposite of supportive. The more time she spends with Archer, the more she starts to realize that book boyfriends don't have to be fictional.

This is a great feel-good story with almost zero drama. And one of the best things about this was the extended epilogue where we get a peek into Beefcake's future! I can't WAIT for the new series to start!

So very good

I loved this audio. I'm just sad that its the end of the series. I am excited that the next series jumps ahead in time and we get to see Beefcake have his turn with Gracie.

Asher is a successful businessman raising a precocious little girl. His nanny retired, finally, and he's looking for a new nanny, one who can actually be a responsible helper with his daughter. He has an interview set up with the niece of the diner owner. He's anything but sure but everyone tells him to give her a chance.

Winnie really needs this job. After leaving her scumbag of an ex, she really needs to start over. This position would give her the perfect opportunity. Unfortunately on the way to the interview, her car breaks down in the pouring rain. She doesn't have a cell signal. She decides to walk into town. She arrives very wet, injured and cold. Asher decides to give her the job on a trial basis.

Winnie does fantasticly. She gets along well with his daughter, his family and the town folk. She does a great job protecting his daughter and she and his daughter grow very close.

The relationship between Winnie and Asher grows closer and we get to see this really sweet relationship between the three of them grow.

The story is filled with plenty of sweet and funny moments. It definitely ranks right up there with the best books I've read recently.

Sebastian York and Savannah Peachwood performed this narration in duet. They did an awesome job!

What an end to the Rosewood River Era!

Such a sweet love story. Winnie is so pure and sweet - best chosen mommy for Melody! And I LOVE their love with Archie - the development, the fire the frustration with both of them towards the end <3 Can't believe this was the last book from the Chadwicks.. I feel so bittersweet! But that prologue.. it definitely helped me looking forward for the new series!
