Why on earth repair a relationship with his father?

Mostly great story, but just can’t understand a reconciliation with his dad. It kind of ruined an otherwise good story. The male narrator was exceptional.

I absolutely loved this one. Everything from Miles and Montana’s first meet, all the way through to that iconic this is why we love romance books, stop the show declaration, and every single laugh out loud, kick your feet, and heated moment in between will have you consumed.

This was such a joy to read, and I cannot wait for more of this series.

Warm-hearted

Laura Pavlov is an excellent author. A favorite of mine. I love her small town romances. This one was a one nightstand with a billionaire, that has a bit of enemies to lovers romance in it. It was warm-hearted. The characters made me laugh. There were times I teared up. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

The narrators were excellent. Love their voices. They brought this audiobook to life with emotional performances that had it rolling like a movie in my head. It was perfection.

Wonderful small town read

Excellent small town romance. Great banter between the couple, hilarious interactions with the secondary characters (including a somewhat invasive moose), and enough spice to keep things interesting. Can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Laura Pavlov has done it again! In my opinion, Laura is the queen of small town romance and this one was no different. From beginning to end, Montana and Myles had such a special connection. I loved seeing how their relationship developed from when they first meet. The effortless transition from friends to more was so well done and paid off very well in the end. Montana's dreams for falling in love are so relatable which made me love her even more. Myles, oh you stubborn man, you were so blind to how gone for this woman you truly were. Blushing, Alaska as a backdrop was utter perfection and makes me want to go to Alaska and fall in love. My most favorite part was learning the meaning behind the title!

I loved this story so much. The characters were so fun and the narrators did an amazing job! I love Laura Pavlov’s books. I can’t wait for Violet and Charlie’s book.

Great small town!

I really enjoyed both this story and the narration. I try to listen while multitasking, and I found myself extra productive just so I could keep listening, haha! Hope there is more coming from Blushing, because I fell for the whole town!

Loved reading this, first but not the last time I've read/listened to this author.
Characters well written, personalities ring true, Humor is actually funny, not always so!
Really enjoyed every minute.

Myles & Montana

It is no secret that I love everything Laura writes and this new series is no surprise to be so freaking amazing! Montana & Myles stole my heart! This is the first book in the Blushing series and takes place in a small town in Alaska. Montana is the owner of Blushing Bride, a wedding planner business. One night she meets Myles and they have a night together. She is surprised when she finds out he is actually the enemy. The town’s favorite wedding venue spot was bought by a developer, aka Myles.

The chemistry between Montana and Myles is electric. Enemies to lovers, banter that had me grinning, and nicknames that made me melt. Laura absolutely delivered. But what really got me was the way they built each other up. Myles helped Montana find her voice again and helped with her business. She brought him the joy that was missing in his life and allowed him to have fun and give forever a chance.

🎧 The narration was beautifully done by Cicely Meadows & Troy Duran. This was my first time hearing Cicely and I am currently obsessed with her. Her voice was so sweet and really nice to listen to. They did a good job portraying all the emotions and brought the characters to life.

Great Enemies To Lovers Story

I read this book thru a combination of ebook and audio book.

This is a billionaire enemies to lovers small town romance.

Montana is a wedding planner working with her best friend in the Alaskan town of Blushing. Montana just lost her number one venue due to billionaire Myles bought the venue. Turns out Montana and Miles end up sleeping together, but Montana didn’t realize Miles was the billionaire who was hurting her business.

This is an enjoyable classic enemies to lovers romance. The building of the relationship between Miles and Montana is perfect. I’m glad they didn’t go all the way right away, and they actually had conversations getting to know each other. Which allowed the relationship to be more than a physical connection.

Like a true classic this story has a third act break up I could have skipped. That was the only part I didn’t like.

Laura Pavlov is a master of creating a great small town. I’m looking forward to Violet’s story, and I want everyone from the town of Blushing to have a love story. I recommend this book if you enjoy/looking for an enemies to lovers story.
