Timing is everything

What an incredible start to this new Blossom Peak series. Fletcher and Laney’s second chance friends to lovers story deserves all the stars. Everyone needs a Fletcher in their life. He’s a genuine good guy and he made me swoony. I loved the character crossover. It was a nice surprise and felt like catching up with old friends. Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor’s duet narration was perfection and I look forward to listening to the next one.

Love When an MMC is All In

I really love it when an MMC is all in when he sets his mind to something, and Fletcher is the perfect example of someone that goes after what they want no matter what. He's back in Blossom Peak for a wedding and has to work alongside his best friend's sister, Laney, to help make sure the big day comes together perfectly for everyone. But there's one major problem, Laney has despised Fletcher for years, and didn't want to have to be stuck one on one with him.

These two were such a great fit for one another. After they FINALLY cleared the air, it was so refreshing to see how they came together. Fletcher was so endearing and I commend him for being so strong when dealing with his father who had issues with alcoholism. He wanted to do his best to stay healthy mentally and physically, not many would be willing to do that. And I like how Fletcher was willing to be patient with Laney. He wanted to show her that no matter what, they could make it work.

Such a GREAT read and listen. Harlow James truly can do no wrong when it comes to small town romance!

Perfect beginning to a new series! Obsessed!

No surprise I totally devoured this book by Harlow. I LOVE her books & she has been casting some of the best narrators! I absolutely LOVED it! I'm certain she cast Teddy FOR ME, knowing he's my favorite!😉 This is such a FANTASTIC beginning to a new series & I can't wait to see what happens in Blossom Peak!

Fletcher Freaking Adams!🙌 He is the man! He's sensitive, thoughtful & got a mouth that made me go slightly feral! Fletcher & Laney have been attached since high school. But when a misunderstanding tears them apart years ago, they must figure out how to navigate being back in each others lives and fulfill their roles in the wedding of their friends. He's the best man, she's the Maid of Honor! Having to plan the wedding festivities & spend time together forces them to unpack the past & own up to their feelings for each other!

I absolutely LOVE a dual timeline and we get to see how their friendship & love begins & grows. Laney has truly hated Fletcher for years, so when the famous NFL player strolls back into town, she's irritated to say the least. Once they spend some time together, it's more than obvious these two still have it BAD for each other & the chemistry they once had is still there ya'll! They want each other & they totally cave!🙌

Fletcher really had to prove & SHOW Laney he wanted her back. His small gestures of thoughtfulness & love were so flippin sweet. Laney helps him work through his abusive relationship with his father providing support & advice that draws them even closer together! Their sneaking around & hot as heck chemistry was EVERYTHING! They go from love to hate and back to love and we get ALL the banter and it's absolutely delicious! What I LOVED most was that their relationship was built on a true & genuine friendship. They have a history together, they were there for each other & it slowly grew into something more! Always meant to be, it was so dang sweet!

🎤Let's talk audio: It's no secret around these parts that Teddy is a favorite of mine and I absolutely LOVE when he voices characters that are just so down bad for their women, literally will do everything to make them see that they are wanted. He melts me every time you guys! I can't help it but I love his voice with all my heart and Fletcher was as swoony as they come! He & Samantha have such an amazing chemistry together. Having worked so much together, they are so natural & perfect playing off of each other. I LOVED Laney's character and Samantha gives her spunk & sass that gives Fletcher a run for his money! She's absolutely amazing at performing emotional scenes & I couldn't love her more. These two are GOLD ya'll and they make this audio an absolute MUST to listen to.

Harlow, the ending of this book made my heart skip a beat! I can't wait to see what happens with all these characters. Creating a great found family is one of her strengths & I absolutely know that this series is going to knock my socks off!
Pick this one up you guys, you won't be disappointed!

What’s way to start the series

ll This Time is the first book in HJ new series Blossom Peak and she knocked it out the park with Laney and Fletchers story.

What is HJ drinking? Whatever it is, she should never stop! Every book of hers just gets better and better. Did I listen to this book more than a few times? Yes, I’m obsessed with Teddy and Samantha in this one. The storyline is just so good.

I love a book that has depth, gives you the angst, tension, push, pull, will they, won’t they and mutual pinning. All while also serving the sass, the sexy times and a dirty talking protective hero. Yes, please. So HOT!

Laney and Fletcher’s story will pull at your heartstrings, slightly break you but then heal you. Misconceptions, miscommunications, childhood pacts, crushing family secrets, grief and timing were never on their side. My heart broke for them for different reasons.

Fast forward 12 years and things have changed. Fletchers back and he’s taking what he wants. The truth comes out, and he fights for his girl. The way he’s protective and supportive of her. Swoon worthy for sure . What a ride they take us on! I loved these two, and the bonus content was so sweet. I loved the flashbacks through out the storyline, along with the named chapters.
The family and friend banter is spot on. Rhonan’s story is going to break us I’m sure. I can’t wait to get Henley’s book next, sounds like he’s taking us on a roller coaster ride.

The audiobook was narrated by Teddy Hamilton and Samatha Brentmoor in duet style. They always work so well together. The emotions, characterizations will pull you in and you won’t want to stop listening. Great on audio.
