New Series!!!!

The audiobook was phenomenally narrated by Andi Arndt & Christian Fox. They really delivered on the banter, emotions, & chemistry! This was a fantastic enemies to lovers family feud situation with some twists along the way. I loved the workplace romance aspect as the two were forced to work together. This book left me hooked on these characters and I can't wait for the next book!

A heartwarming romance

Loved this romance but I the tight knit family that will drop everything for each other was the star in my eyes! And the girl friends! What a fabulous group of women!

Love Milo

Narrated by Andi Arndt and Christian Fox. I love Andi and I believe this may be my second or third audio with Christian and I really enjoyed him with Andi. They were great together and I enjoyed how cohesive they were. As far as the story, it was a good story but Goldie was not my favorite character. Yes I understand her ex diid a number on her but her attitude towards Milo was unnecessary and combative. Yet she did not like when it came to Ava, speaking of that when things blew up, Goldie's action toward Milo, unfair. Milo was a good guy and was always trying to prove he wasn't her ex. I do say I absolutely loved the family bond between her and her family, Milo and her and Milo and his parents.

After one very annoying (but admittedly sexy) encounter with Milo Lombardi, he’s the last person she wants to see again… so of course, they end up working together every single day. The banter? Perfection! The tension? So hot 🥵 . And every time Milo smirked or opened his mouth, I couldn’t help but smile.

Willow Aster nails that mix of charm, heat, and heartache that keeps you completely invested. It’s the kind of story that makes you laugh, swoon, and maybe tear up a little. Take This Heart is the perfect start to the Windy Harbor series and I’m already impatient for book two.

Close Family, Enemies to Lovers

Okay, I’m so excited for this new series!! This was such a strong and charming introduction to the Whitman family, and I can already tell Willow is going to take us on an incredible journey with each sibling’s story.

Goldie is an interior designer, but her true passion lies in art. When she attends an art show, she’s unexpectedly struck by a piece—and not in a good way. She ends up going off on the artist for his architectural perspective in the artwork… only to later learn the artist is Milo. Milo is the softest MMC, the kind who quietly captures your heart and refuses to let go. The banter between these two was phenomenal—sharp, witty, and layered with emotion that gave their connection real depth.

Goldie’s family completely stole the show, too. Their text threads had me laughing out loud, and their close-knit bond was so refreshing to read. When Goldie returns home, fate steps in and she runs into Milo again—this time he’s working with her father on plans to build a cozy, family-focused country resort.

This story had so many fun twists and heartwarming moments, and it perfectly sets the stage for what’s to come. I cannot wait to dive deeper into this family’s world in the next books!
