Zanders: Chicago hockey isn't complete without me—everyone's favorite player to hate. I know my role, and I play it well. In fact, I thoroughly enjoy spending the majority of my game time in the penalty box before leaving the arena with a new girl on my arm each night.

What I don't like is the new flight attendant on our team's private plane. She works for me, not the other way around. But I'll be sure to remind her of that, and I can guarantee, by the end of the season, she'll be begging to quit her job.

But every road trip blurs the lines, and I can't quite figure out if I keep pushing that flight attendant call button in order to push her buttons or if it's more than that.

Stevie: I've been a flight attendant for years. I thought I'd see it all, but when my new job lands me onboard working for the most egotistical and self-righteous diva in the NHL, I start to second guess everything. Including the promise I made to myself of never hooking up with an athlete again . . . no matter how annoyingly tempting he may be.

Zanders is unfiltered, unapologetic, and too attractive for his own good. He loves his image, but I hate everything about it.

Ugh, Not so great narrators.

Story line is good so far, I’m on chapter 11. ….BUT the readers are cringy. Very hard to listen to. Maybe because I’m familiar with a different style of reading. Sounds like the male narrator needs to clear his throat, drink some water and stop purposely trying to sound ‘sexy’. It’s not working. A couple times, I debated finding a different book. But Im enjoying the story line.

Mile High book Sooo Good

Was not to sure on the book as only had 28 reviews. Got the recommendation from a friend and so glad i took the chance! All characters were A++ had me mad, sad, happy, rooting etc… Def a check it out book. Get past chapter 1 and your good.

It kept me entertained

I really enjoyed the characters in this story. The MMC was a little over the top but it worked. I really loved the MFC. The bantering back and forth was great and had me chuckle a few times.

Great Story

⭐️ 4; 🔥 3.5; good read, curvy heroine, funny & entertaining. Dives into family dysfunction & setting positive boundaries. Love the messages & looking forward to the next book in series.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

I’ll be honest, when I started the book I did not understand all of the hype. But OH MY GOODNESS it deserves all of the hype and more!!! 100% recommend
